The following requirements must be met before you are eligible to receive a scholarship from the Native Hawaiian Health Scholarship Program.

	You are able to prove your Hawaiian ancestry.
	You are (or will be) pursuing a degree in the medical field.
	Upon completion of your degree, you are willing to be relocated to a high need area chosen by the Native Hawaiian Health Scholarship Program that be serves the native Hawaiian community.
